
I’ve compiled a list of 60+ Indian lunch box recipes which are not only healthy but also easy to prepare. It includes pulao, variety rice, paratha (flat bread), thepla, dal and simple curries. I usually prepare all the necessary masala powder at home which comes for at-least 3 months. The basic masala powders which you can find in almost any indian recipes are Sambar Powder, Garam Masala & Coriander Powder.
I have also shared few basic preparation methods for how to extract coconut milk, prepare tomato puree, ginger-garlic paste and how to prepare paneer. I hope you find the list useful.
